At EL YOUSFI DIGITAL LTD ("ZyncLayer"), we strive to keep our pricing simple and transparent.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer refunds for subscription charges if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal.

1. Refund Eligibility

To ensure fairness for all users, refunds are granted under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 Days: You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of your payment date.
  • Heavy Usage Exception: Refunds may be denied if there has been substantial usage of non-renewable resources (such as high consumption of AI credits/tokens) during the 14-day window.
  • Technical Failure: If our service is unavailable or technically flawed preventing you from using it, you are eligible for a refund at any time during the affected billing period.
Note: Outside of the 14-day window, no refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods, unused time, or downgraded plans.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

  • Access Continues: After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No Auto-Refund: Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. You must contact support separately if you meet the refund criteria.

  • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
